CUT Restaurant and Ultra Lounge

Celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck and prominent architect Richard Meier have teamed together to create a celeb manget in the heart of Beverly Hills. CUT has become the place to see and be seen. Located at the Regent Beverly Wilshire, this most exciting and talked-about restaurant and ultra lounge was awarded “Restaurant of the Year” by Esquire Magazine in 2006, and was also the 2006 winner of the American Institute of Architects/Los Angeles Chapter Restaurant Design Award.

No corner has been cut to assure the success of CUT. Lines are sleek, white dominates and is contrasted by beige oak floors, black-and-white paintings, and vines growing along a wall. The two-level layout remains to give depth to the room; the kitchen is now open to bring more amplitude.

The menu contains savory steaks that will melt in your mouth, along with creative sides like potato tarte tatin and soft parmesan polenta further compliment the selection of aristocratic fare.
